characterized by weak tissue binding force when touched by water.
Therefore, if
you put the toilet paper in the toilet after using it, the fiber tissue becomes
loose and moves to the septic tank.
However, if you put too much toilet paper
at once, the fiber tissue can slowly loosen and clog the toilet.
